Zoë François of ZoëBakes is headed to The Bakehouse in New Orleans for a very special weekend of advanced baking workshops.
Together, she and Joy the Baker will instruct 8 students on how to make Puff Pastry Tarts with Poached Pears. Attendees will learn to make puff pastry, pastry cream and poach pears from scratch. Some previous baking experience is required to get the most out of this class.
Snacks and beverages will be provided, and each student will leave with new skills, new friends and a JK Adams rolling pin!
