BAKEHOUSE LIVE: Raspberry Rose Cream Puffs

Since we can't gather at The Bakehouse as we usually do, we thought we'd bring the Bakehouse to you, virtually!

In this live class, Joy the Baker will demonstrate how to make cream puffs with two different filling options, chocolate ganache or raspberry rose cream. This is a great Mother’s Day gift for mom, or if you’re a mom, gift this time to yourself. 

Please note, you will only be able to purchase one ticket per Eventbrite account. If you're purchasing this class as a gift for someone else, you will need their Eventbrite credentials to purchase the class for them. 

What you'll need:

  • Unsalted butter

  • Salt

  • All-Purpose Flour

  • 4 Large eggs

  • Heavy cream

  • Powdered sugar

  • Vanilla extract

  • Raspberries

  • Rose water

  • Dark chocolate

Here's how it will work:

1. Purchase your ticket through Eventbrite. You'll only be able to purchase one!

2. Check your email! You should have received an email from Eventbrite with a button that says "View Now." Click it.

3. Click the "play" arrow on the computer icon on your screen. You'll be rerouted to a Zoom registration page.

4. Register for the class through Zoom using your name and email.

5. Check your email. You'll be able to access the class when the time comes using the link you receive from Zoom!

It's easy, we promise!

Recipes will be emailed to ticket holders a week in advance. If you can't join us live, no worries! Everyone who has purchased a ticket will receive a link to a recording of the live class they can access on their own time.

You should be able to join us from around the world, unless you're in one of these countries.

A portion of our profits will benefit Feed The Front Line NOLA, a non-profit that employs local musicians and artists to transport food made by local restaurants to our hospital workers. Thank you for helping us help others!
